Description:
The Waco Civic Theatre runs a Main Stage season offering six annual plays, with works ranging from classical dramas to modern comedies. In addition, it sponsors the Studio Theatre series of events, featuring plays created and produced by locals, and the Readers Theatre, bringing to stage edgier, less traditional works. The theater is located on the southwestern side of town, not far from the eastern bank of Lake Waco and the Ridgewood Country Club.
