They don't stand by their work or do work

I had requested that my kitchen faucet be replaced by this company thinking it was Mike Staas Services. (How I wished now that it was and not this company) I had told the guy that came out that we would like for it to be replaced but that if he could fix it instead that would be great and we could save some money. I am no plumber but when something can be fixed it is fixed and if not it gets replaced. The guy fixed the leaking faucet (springs and washers and what nots) and said well it is fixed but will need to be replaced soon. I said well if it is fixed and will be fine then that is great....thinking soon was down the line not two hours after the guy leaves. So yes he leaves and yes it starts leaking again. So I call and talk to someone and they more or less say that I will have to pay for them to come back out. I then ask to talk to Larry (the owner) Larry calls and he says that the guy put on the reciept that he told me it needed to be replaced. That is a lie. He said that he could fix it that it will eventually need to be replaced. Larry then said that he could waive the excavation fee. Now mind you....my water heater is now leaking where the guy turned the water off at, my kitchen sink is still leaking and dripping tons of water. I am out $80 for a 15 minute job and was told that it could be fixed but will need to be replaced somewhere down the line. These people are out for your money and not to help or do honest work. I am reporting them to the BBB.
